The BodyMind Centre On the corner of Villa and Water St in the same building as The Hand & Upper Limb Clinic and JML Engineering.
Free parking is available in designated spots with signs outside The BodyMind Centre and in the two rows closest to Water Street in the Options Northwest parking lot on the corner of Water St. and Villa St.. Parking is free on Villa St. and Cumberland St. as well.
When you arrive, staff at reception will provide directions to the waiting area upstairs. Your practitioner will come out to get you when it's time for your appointment. Most appointments will be in the upstairs office. Please note that all footwear must be removed at the bottom of the stairs.
